Kevin Grass '04

Kevin Grass is a Vice President, Executive Recruiter within Citigroup Inc., supporting Citi’s Personal Banking & Wealth Management businesses. Citi is a preeminent global financial services firm, employing over 200,000 people worldwide. Est. in 1812, Citi played a key role in financing the War of 1812, establishing the Transatlantic Cable, creating the Panama Canal, underwriting the Marshall Plan, & pioneering the modern Credit Card & ATM.

Kevin is a graduate of Temple University, where he earned a B.B.A in Human Resource Management. Kevin was a recipient of Temple's Fox School of Business' Department of Human Resource Management annual Leadership Award. With 12+ years’ experience in HR and Recruiting, Kevin received his start from March of Dimes and has been with Citi for the past 10+ years. Starting out as a Recruiting Coordinator, Kevin worked his way up through Vice President - covering numerous lines of business across the Consumer Banking organization.

Initially attending the University of Kansas, Kevin started his college career living in the Gamma-Omicron house. During his time at the house, he held various positions such as Scholarship Chair, Recruitment Chair & Grand Master of Ceremonies.
